Erin advises VPAC, Speakers Committee and CityVU.Erin Bailey is a second-year master’s student at Peabody specializing in Higher Education Administration and Policy. Erin attended Furman University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. During her time at Furman, Erin served as the Furman University Panhellenic President and was involved in her sorority, Delta Gamma and participated in the Furman University Dance Company.Fun Facts:Farthest Place she has traveled: ChinaShe owns over 45 pairs of shoes.Most Famous Person she has met: Dwayne Elliott and Big Sean.If she could be in an eating contest her food of choice would be Honey Buns.Her favorite hobby: Napping.

About the Vanderbilt Programming Board Music Group The purpose of the Music Group is to expose Vanderbilt students and also the Greater Nashville community to a diverse musical experience. The Music Group is dedicated to maintaining a balance between showcasing new talents and representing Vanderbilt students’ musical tastes.

I would like to officially welcome Alicia McCormick to our office! Alicia will be our graduate assistant for our office and will advise the Homecoming Committee, VenUE, Vandy Fanatics and VPB Exec.Alicia is in her first year of Peabody’s Higher Education Administration master’s program. She is from Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College. She had the privilege to advise Clemson University’s student programming board and the sport fanatics group for the two years she was there. She got the best of both worlds, not only did she advised but she planned and initiated brand new programs for the Campus Activities and Events department at Clemson University.Besides her passion towards creating meaningful experiences for all students on a college campus, Nina finds many more enjoyments in life! If she could, Nina would adopt all the dogs from the humane society and consume donuts all day long.

Program participants will have the opportunity to have lunch in a small group setting with the guest speakers, which will provide them with insight on various careers in the industry.

Students will also have the opportunity to ask our guest speakers questions about their career and seek career advice. The series will host up to 15 – 20 student participants and will occur twice a month. Buster Phillips is an agent in the music department at Creative Artists Agency, based in Nashville, TN. Buster has worked at the agency for more than 10 years in the contemporary music department directing CAA client business in college bookings and, most recently, in the development of business in the burgeoning world of music festivals.
